Spuntini sani: avocado e carote

🇮🇹 Avocado e Carote una coppia vincente! 🥑🥕 Non siamo soliti consumare Avocado, tuttavia introdurlo all’interno della nostra alimentazione apporterebbe qualche vantaggio.

L’avocado infatti e’ un alimento altamente saziante e se consumato con frutta o verdura, ci permette di migliorare l’assorbimento di vitamine liposolubili come la A, la E e la K. 
Ecco perché lo consiglio ai miei pazienti, anche sotto forma di spuntino pomeridiano 😋

🇺🇸 Avocado and Carrots, winner partners! 🥑🥕 Usually, Italian people don’t eat Avocado but eating it, could have some advantages. 
Avocado brings you a good sense of satiety, and if you consume it with fruits or veggies, it enhances ability to absorbs well vitamine like A, K and E.

My advice for you is to consume avocado and carrots like snacks during the afternoon 😋
